Returns and Refunds
Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all sales are final once received, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen.
We offer reshipments for a fee in the case of damaged product(s) or wrong item(s) sent.
If your purchase is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item(s) to us at info@globalbeaute.com within 14 days of receiving your order with the subject line DAMAGED and include your name and order number.
If your purchase contains wrong items, please send a photo of your full order item(s) along with the box it came in to us at info@globalbeaute.com within 14 days of receiving your order with the subject line WRONG ITEM and include your name and order number.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing as we are a small business. During Holidays or peak times, processing time will be extended. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping confirmation email along with tracking information, if available, will be sent when your order is processed.
We are currently not shipping internationally. If that changes, we will update our shipping policy.
